- What are the eligibility criteria for the Coast Guard Yantrik post?
The eligibility criteria for the Coast Guard Yantrik post are as follows:
* Male candidates only.
* Age between 18 and 25 years as of 01/01/2024.
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
* Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in diploma.
* Physically fit and meeting the medical standards of the Indian Coast Guard.
- What is the selection process for the Coast Guard Yantrik post?
The selection process for the Coast Guard Yantrik post is as follows:
* Stage-I: Computer Based Examination (CBE).
* Stage-II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.
The CBE will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be held at 09:30 AM and the second shift will be held at 02:30 PM. The CBE will consist of objective type questions on General Knowledge, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The PFT will consist of running, pull-ups, and sit-ups. The medical examination will be conducted to assess the candidate’s physical fitness and suitability for the post.
